To advance human dignity and social progress by preventing violence, preserving the memory of victims of injustice, and promoting community development through advocacy, education, research, and humanitarian intervention.
Mob Justice Is Not Justice
Every year, people die at the hands of mobs across Nigeria. No trial. No evidence standard. No due process. Just public anger replacing the rule of law. We exist because that must change.
Mob Justice Is Unlawful Violence
Mob violence bypasses the rule of law and replaces due process with public anger. It is extrajudicial, unconstitutional, and irreversible.
Accusation Is Not Conviction
No person should face punishment — let alone death — based on accusation alone. Justice requires evidence, process, and accountability.
Communities Deserve Better
Ending mob justice requires civic education, accessible justice, public trust in law enforcement, and strong emergency response.

Born From Tragedy.Built for Change.
TFLF was inspired by the tragic killing of four young men in Port Harcourt. Their deaths at the hands of a mob became a defining symbol of the dangers of extrajudicial violence and the urgent need for systemic change.
This foundation exists to confront the broader crisis of mob justice — turning grief into purpose through prevention, education, reform, and the defence of human dignity.
